[webmasters] upgrading to perl 5.004

We will be upgrading the servers' perl interpreters to version 5.004
this morning (Monday 12:05 AM PST).  There may be a short period of
downtime (less than 15 minutes) for the web server.  Email and other
access will not be down during this time.

If you experience problems with your CGI scripts written in perl, please
send us email and we will look into it.  Also check the perl web site
www.perl.com or www.perl.org to see if any of the changes between 5.003
and 5.004 will affect you.
